Every items shipping time depand on the "Rush Delivery" option you choose.

Returns
Dresses We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered Dresses (includes Wedding Dresses,Bridesmaid Dresses,Flower Girl Dresses and other dresses). We do not accept returns on special ordered plus size gowns or specialty ordered gowns such as hollow to hem gowns, special measurement gowns, in stock gowns, or discontinued gowns. We will accept returns on merchandise that is damaged or defective. All returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal email confirmation that you would like to return the gown and you must have a return authorization number from us. All returned gowns will have a 40% restocking fee applied from the full purchase price of the gown. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees, which you can refer the below "Shipping fee". Any Free promotional items are not returnable and will be charged full price. This amount will be deducted from the gown refund. Any refused or non-deliverable merchandise will also incur a 40% restocking fee. Once you have obtained a return authorization from us you have 6 business days to get the merchandise back to us. All merchandise must be returned in perfect brand new condition. Merchandise that is not returned in the condition it was sent will not be returnable and you will be obligated to the full purchase price. All returned packages must have a return authorization number on them. BestDressPrice has the most up front return policy in the industry. We will not hide behind words to contradict the terms. Accessories We will accept returns on new un-touched non-altered accessories (viel,shawl,ring billow,show and others items which is not dress). There is a 50% restocking fee that will be applied to all accessories returns. All accessories returns must be within 3 days of when the shipment was dropped off from the carrier. We must receive a verbal email confirmation that you would like to return the shoes and you must have a return authorization from us for us to accept the merchandise. All returned packages must have a return authorization number. All accessories returns must be returned to us 6 business days after the merchandise was dropped off. Accessories must not be worn or altered. In addition you will incur any shipping fees, transaction fees and insurance fees, which you can refer the below "Shipping fee". Other Merchandise We do NOT accept returns other items that is not dress or accessory, all dresses and gowns that are not Bridal Related or slips. Damaged Merchandise We closely inspect every piece of merchandise that leaves BestDressPrice. All merchandise that leaves here is brand new. If you feel your merchandise is damaged, you must let us know within 3 days after your carrier has delivered the package. If our staff finds that the merchandise is defective or damaged, then, we will repair or replace as deemed necessary. If we find that the merchandise is not defective in any way or has been misused, then the merchandise will be shipped back to you. BestDressPrice will incur shipping charges on DAMAGED merchandise. BestDressPrice will not incur shipping or insurance charges on merchandise that is found not damaged or misused. Canceled Orders All items orders canceled after 3 days of the initial purchase will lose 40% of the Merchandise purchase price. All Canceled Orders must be verbally done over the email. Refunds Refunds are issued in US Dollars. We are not responsible for the current currency exchange rate. Taxes, Duties, Tariffs and/or Brokerage Fees Shipping Fee Shipping fee depand on the "Rush Delivery" and the weight of the items. Details list below:
